From role definition to first contribution
Role profile mapping
Brekfuz builds a knowledge profile for each role type based on which domains the most productive people in that role actually engage with. This becomes the target knowledge state for new hires joining that role.
Gap analysis
When a new hire joins, their initial knowledge profile is assessed against the role target. The gap analysis identifies which domains they need to access first, and in what sequence based on project dependencies.
Path generation
Brekfuz generates a sequenced onboarding path: which people to meet (domain experts matched to the new hire's gaps), which documents to read (ranked by recency and relevance), and which initial tickets are suitable for ramping up.
