Platform overview
The platform that maps what your team actually knows
Brekfuz builds a live, AI-generated knowledge graph from the signals your team leaves in code reviews, Jira tickets, Confluence pages, and Slack threads. No manual tagging. No surveys. Just the truth of who knows what.
How it works
From raw tool signals to a live knowledge graph
The method
Three layers of knowledge intelligence
Signal ingestion
Brekfuz connects to your existing toolchain via read-only OAuth. It reads commit authorship, PR review patterns, Jira comment history, Confluence edit logs, and Slack channel participation. No agents installed. No manual entry.
Graph construction
The AI engine maps people to knowledge domains by analyzing the strength, recency, and exclusivity of their engagement signals. It identifies where multiple people share expertise, and where only one person holds a critical domain.
Risk scoring and paths
Each knowledge domain is assigned a dependency score. Domains with a single owner get a risk flag and a suggested transfer path. Managers and HR teams see a prioritized list of risks to address, with recommended next steps built in.
What you get
Every tool your team needs for knowledge continuity
See exactly who knows what across your whole organization
The core Brekfuz graph visualizes every person's knowledge profile and the connections between domains. Filter by team, project, or technology. Export as a CSV for HR or succession planning workflows.
Explore the graph feature
Find your single-person dependencies before they become blockers
The risk dashboard surfaces every knowledge domain where one person is the sole owner. Color-coded by severity. Clickable to see the owner's current workload, upcoming leave, and which projects depend on their knowledge.
